Lower III hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise funds for the charity. Pupils across the school donated cakes and biscuits, some baking their own, also, Mrs Hussain in the Office, baked a delicious Macmillan carrot cake (it went really quickly!) Parents were invited for a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake for a donation. Lower III were exemplary hosts, serving the cakes, taking donations and washing up! Thank you to all those parents who came and pupils who donated. Lower III managed to sell all the left over cakes and treats at the end of the school day and managed to raise £347.62 .
